Overly Angry Lately

As the weather is changing, I find myself getting angry more often and a lot easier. It's not really an emotion that I prefer to be taken over by, but for whatever reason, it's been a struggle to not be set off by the littlest things.

A couple weeks ago, I hung up a heavy bag in the garage and I've gotta say, I wish I could be pounding on that thing allllllll the time! Time in the gym hitting the weights feels amazing too. I just want to kick the living s#!% out of something most of the time.

What's eating at me? Not really sure, things should be fine and dandy. I've got a fantastic and beautiful woman in my life who is pretty much just as happy as can be and is a great influence in my life. Physically, I keep feeling better and better. Focusing heavily on fixing my postural issues that caused all that back pain is working for sure. Maybe my body is uncorking a couple years worth of pent up testosterone now that all the systems are working better? All this aggression is what I used to take out on the bike all the time in the past.

No matter the cause, I've gotta figure out how to chill out a bit more when I'm not at the gym or the heavy bag or on the bike. For the time being, thank goodness for the heavy bag!

Let me say 'AMEN'! If I had the patience, I would have written a post very similar. Good luck brother! I'm on the same quest.
